Realizing initiatives successfully

Projects are the means to successfully implement change. After choosing the right priorities, it is crucial that they are implemented through successful projects. Business Process Modeling

Accurately oversee and improve your processes

In a relay race, the first runner passes the baton to the second. Through training and effort, together they achieve the desired result: a fast finish time. In a business process of organization this is exactly the same. Efficient organization and joint effort create a profitable organization and a satisfied customer. The output of one department is the input for others. This is clarified in a practical way with Business Process Modeling (BPM). Your organization becomes more solid, processes run more smoothly, and staff and customer satisfaction improve.

Int(r)o the cloud

The cloud ... exploration with two feet on the ground

Many organizations use applications and infrastructure 'in the office', in an on premise datacenter and a part in the cloud. In this training we will take you through the components of an IT landscape, the types of outsourcing, the points of interest and advantages & disadvantages of outsourcing. We do this from a total perspective: outsourcing is not an ABC's game: it requires attention, conscious choices and it requires trust in and management of the service provider(s).

Anton Dijkhuis leads the interactive lecture 'Business and IT on a journey together': key challenges, food for thought, real-life cases and useful theory.

Workshop: Change consultancy changes through digital transformation

Organizations in all sectors must adapt faster to remain relevant to their customers. Processes must therefore be adaptable faster, which requires more flexible IT landscapes. However, those IT landscapes are often complex enough as it is. The need for faster adaptation requires increasingly close, but also more situational cooperation between various disciplines within the organization and at suppliers. The question here is which success factors organizations can manage.

Keynote: How well does IT align with my business?

TANS together with the user association organized a customer day in Rosmalen. More than 90 people registered. The tropical temperatures were no reason for most to cancel and despite the fact that the entire country was plagued by traffic jams, we were able to start on time with 4 workshops on various topics. TANS had invited Anton Dijkhuis. Anton has been ICT manager at Vos Logistics in Oss for several years and has developed an online BusinessITScan with which companies can test whether and to what extent their ICT is in line with the business.
